Beef is one of the most valued protein sources for pet food, but availability is limited, and environmental impact and costs are relatively high. IQI offers mechanically deboned meat from fresh OSI beef bones, called Beef 3 mm Cat3. Produced utilizing a combination of high- and low-pressure separators, it maintains an optimal yield, low ash content, and results in a 3 mm structure.
