IQI pursues growth with new sales manager

IQI Trusted Petfood Ingredients proudly announces the appointment of Ralf Stürznickel as its new sales manager. Having joined IQI on August 19, Ralf is committed to helping further grow IQI’s business. His appointment reflects the rapid growth of IQI’s sales team, driven by the company’s ambition to expand business in Europe.

With almost fifteen years of sales experience at companies focused on animal health, Ralf brings extensive knowledge of animal nutrition and pet food to the IQI sales team.  At IQI, he will focus on sales in German speaking countries – staying close to his country of birth.

Extensive network

“Next to fresh energy and a positive mindset, Ralf brings many years of experience, an extensive network, and a strong drive to support potential customers with the innovative IQI product portfolio”, says Arjan van Waes, IQI’s sales director Europe. “His profile fits seamlessly with the company’s growth ambitions in Europe, including the German market. Developing innovative concepts

With OSI as the new owner of IQI, ample opportunities will arise to help pet food producers with innovative concepts bring their pet food to the next level. Thanks to OSI’s vertically integrated supply chain of beef and poultry products, IQI can tap into a pool of own raw materials and products – becoming part of a network of more than 50 OSI production sites in 20 countries, with hundreds of suppliers and customers. A few concepts, like bacon fat, have already been introduced. More innovative concepts will emerge soon.
